The Guelph and District Multicultural Festival had its beginnings as a small downtown event in 1978. It has since moved to Riverside Park, attendance has increased from 2,000 to 25,000 people and generates cultural awareness and funding for local community groups, as well as foster economic development in Guelph and beyond.
The Guelph & District Multicultural Festival relies heavily on an enthusiastic group of volunteers. Due to Covid-19, our organization has evolved beyond just a 3-day Festival.
