Prepare and submit applications for various permits including road closures and police services as well as soliciting quotes from service providers and submitting agreements and invoices to the organization.  
Oversee the set-up, tear down and clean-up of the Run route. 
Create and maintain a logistics file of contacts and timelines.

o Circulate in the lobby providing assistance as needed 
o Locate wheelchairs when necessary

Volunteers will count the float at the beginning of the shift and put the cash into the cash register.  
Volunteers will then open the store and greet all customers in a friendly and courteous way. When customers come to the front counter, volunteers will process sales with debit or cash then bag items for them.  
At times, we receive clothing vouchers to be filled and volunteers will record the necessary information on the vouchers.  
Volunteers answer the phone, direct calls as required and take messages for the Manager.  
Volunteers will ensure the front area is welcoming; neat and tidy and dust, sweep and vacuum when necessary.

At times, volunteers will answer door and receive donations.  
Clothes and bedding will be checked and put out on the floor in the correct area.  
As a volunteer, you will check the racks on the floor and recycle items when needed as well as ensuring the clothing area and bedding areas are tidy.  
Volunteers will tidy and sweep the sorting area before the end of their shift and may be asked to help in other areas of the store when needed.
