DutiesTasks & Responsibilities: 
•Greet in person clients and care givers arriving at Alzheimer Society Kitchener office. 
•Answer the phones directing clients appropriately. 
•Call clients to remind them of upcoming appointments and groups.  
•Print and compile program materials and packages to support our programs and services team. 
•Accept donations from visitors (credit card, cash, cheque, and web donations) following ASWW’s procedures accurately and providing tax receipts for cash donations. 
•Having the ability to interact with a range of people, being perceptive to their needs and managing the situation accordingly.  
•To follow the Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington policies and procedures.

Interaction LevelOur new administrative volunteer will be the first point of contact for our clients, their care givers, and community members in our Kitchener location on Fredrick Street.

Dates and TimesFlexibility will be important for this role. Volunteer will need to have availability between the hours of 8:30am-4pm Monday to Friday for this role (specific dates will be arranged in advance).  
This role would be well suited for someone who is building their administrative skills, or someone recently retired and has a flexible schedule.
