|Duties||The Professional Advisory Committee (PAC) is a volunteer committee of professionals who have experience and knowledge in the areas of grief and bereavement. PAC’s primary role is to ensure all programs operate within the BFO-MR mission, mandate, goals, beliefs and values. It strives to identify areas of opportunity where improvement and development of programming can be found to ensure BFO-MR is evolving to meet the needs of the bereaved community. |
PAC members represent fields such as health care, social work, spirituality, funeral services and education.
We are committed to having our Professional Advisory Committee represent our community. We welcome and encourage the broad range of experiences, skills and knowledge that applicants with diverse abilities, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, and ethnicity bring.
DIVERSITY AND EQUITY COMMITMENT: BFO-MR’s Board of Directors, Professional Advisory Committee, leadership and staff are committed to diversity and equity work.
