Duties• Start conversations, share resources, guide to appropriate staff 
• Develop and maintain knowledge of available services within hub, and community at large 
• Share feedback with Youth Ambassadors and the Ambassador Lead 
• Represent and promote The Grove Hubs at school/with peers – share resources, upcoming programs and  
events 
• Attend programming and assist where required 
• Must be able to ensure confidentiality, works with sensitive and private information daily 
• Other duties as assigned by the Youth Ambassador Lead or Youth Wellness Coordinator 
• Comply with policies and procedures of The Grove Hubs

ClientsYouth Volunteers will provide peer support to youth in the communities of Fergus, Palmerston or Erin, aged 12-26. Youth Volunteers will also work with The Grove Hubs staff, who will provide them with guidance and support in their volunteer roles.

Interaction LevelOne-on-one ; Small Group ; Large Group ; Youth Volunteers will be a friendly face as youth enter The Grove Hubs, and may work with youth on a one to one basis, in small groups, or larger groups, depending on programming and youth needs
