Duties

- Follow COVID safety protocols (must wear PPE, wash hands, sanitize frequently, clean surfaces, etc.)
- Pick-up grocery orders and route at HOPE House
- Deliver groceries according to procedural instructions
- Return to HOPE House with crates and any un-delivered groceries
- Communicate with Volunteer & Placement Coordinator and Reception
- Maintain good vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
- Track Volunteer hours and uphold Volunteer duties
*High responsibility/trust role

Interaction Level

Solitary - no contact with community members ; Small Group - at pick-up / drop-off. Volunteers & Staff wear masks and visors ; Groceries are left in the lobby when the person confirms they are on their way down OR left outside the apartment door when no controlled entry as soon as the person confirms they are home (they are instructed to not open the door).
