Duties | - Follow COVID safety protocols (must wear PPE, wash hands, sanitize frequently, clean surfaces, etc.) - Prepare approx 50 take- away breakfasts based on written instructions left by Chef (may include basic cooking) - Maintain Food Safety - Package breakfasts - Set table up outside to serve packaged brown paper bag breakfasts - Keep track of numbers of breakfasts made & served - Serve breakfast with a smile! *You will be outside 10-11 am serving - dress appropriately! - Clean up at end of service - Prep for the next day - Assist Chef as needed | |||
