Duties- Prepare approx 40 take- away breakfasts based on written instructions left by Coordinator (may include heating items in oven) 
- Maintain Food Safety 
- Package breakfasts 
- Set table up outside to serve packaged brown paper bag breakfasts 
- Keep track of numbers of breakfasts made & served 
- Serve breakfast with a smile! 
- Follow COVID safety protocols (must wear a mask & visor, wash hands sanitize frequently) 
- Clean up at end of service
