Duties- Follow COVID safety protocols (must wear a mask & visor, wash hands sanitize frequently, clean surfaces, etc.) 
- Answer phones in a friendly fashion, take messages, redirect calls 
- Manage and book appointments 
- Connect Community Members with resources 
- Answer questions regarding HOPE House and other programs 
- Enter information into a computer database 
- Answer email, return phone calls 
- Other duties as assigned, as in support other volunteer teams and/or admin tasks 
- Language skills an asset

Commitment LengthMedium Term (4 months to 1 year) - Must commit to at least 4 months. ; Long Term (More than 1 year)
Interaction LevelSmall Group ; 2 Volunteers at Reception serving community as they come in.

Dates and TimesMonday: Morning, Afternoon (8:30 am - 12:15 pm / 12 - 4:15 pm) 
Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon (8:30 am - 12:15 pm / 12 - 4:15 pm) 
Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon (8:30 am - 12:15 pm / 12 - 4:15 pm) 
Thursday: Morning, Afternoon (8:30 am - 12:15 pm / 12 - 4:15 pm/ 4:00 - 6:00 pm) 
 
Must be able to commit to a weekly shift for at least 4 months.
