Duties | - Follow COVID safety protocols (must wear a mask & visor, wash hands sanitize frequently, clean surfaces, etc.) - Answer phones in a friendly fashion, take messages, redirect calls - Manage and book appointments - Connect Community Members with resources - Answer questions regarding HOPE House and other programs - Enter information into a computer database - Answer email, return phone calls - Other duties as assigned, as in support other volunteer teams and/or admin tasks - Language skills an asset *High responsibility/trust role | |||
