Interaction LevelSolitary - Depending on the role, much of the work can be done independently ; One-on-one - Depending on needs/volunteers, can work collaboratively with other committee members and volunteers ; Small Group - Members often form sub-committees, to reduce workload and increase networking and connections ; Large Group - Biweekly meetings with the rest of the planning committee ; Virtual Volunteering - Some meetings are held online, through google hangouts (with the option to meet in person)

Dates and TimesTuesday: Evening (7:00 - 9:00 pm) 
 
Meetings are biweekly. Half of the meetings are held at Out on the Shelf's library space at 10C. The other half are held online through google hangouts and in-person at local cafes, to reduce barriers to joining the committee. There will be a google hangouts tutorial after the first meeting on Sept 11th at 10C.
