DutiesAs the Team Engagement Coordinator you will be the first line of communication for new and returning team captains. You will be tasked with sending welcome emails, encouraging team captains to build their teams, and set and achieve fundraising goals. You will also work with your committee to recruit new teams and achieve fundraising goals.
You will work closely with your committee to ensure team captains have everything they need for team t-shirt deadline and pickup. You will communicate the eligibility criteria and processes for team t-shirt printing directly with team captains and provide confirmed orders using the template provided to the T-Shirt Pick Up Coordinator. Familiarizing yourself with the fundraising tools and resources available to team captains will help you understand their needs. Going the extra mile to make your participants feel special will make for the most rewarding experience!
