DutiesYou will work directly with refugees through the Danby Refugee Resettlement program to help them find appropriate work. This involves helping them with their resume and coaching them on interviewing skills. You will work with them to search Indeed and Kijiji and help them apply. You will show them how to apply directly to businesses in their area. You will take them to places like Immigrant Services Guelph-Wellington, Lutherwood and 2nd Chance. You will help them with the hard work of finding work. Our goal is to help them break into the job market to gain Canadian experience.
