DutiesVolunteers are needed to assist staff in bringing residents to the dining room, socialize with residents and inform them of the drink and meal choices. Volunteers will also offer physical, hands-on assistance as needed for those who are no longer able to feed themselves independently.

Commitment LengthMedium Term (4 months to 1 year) - 6 months or longer would be fantastic
Interaction LevelOne-on-one ; Small Group - High level of participation during the interaction with residents. However, residents often do not participate in conversations.

Friday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening (5-6:30pm) 
Saturday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening (8-9:30 am; 12-1:30 pm; 5-6:30pm) 
Sunday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening (8-9:30 am; 12-1:30 pm; 5-6:30pm) 
 
The biggest need is for assistance during all evening meals (5:00 to 6:30 pm) as well as all weekend meals (please see above).
