Description & Services
Description (Service) Provides a stimulating environment where men and women under the age of 65, who have been diagnosed with young onset dementia, can meet and socialize. 
The program's goal is to create opportunities for individuals to participate in meaningful activities in a supportive environment. Participants can take part in a range of activities such as: 
* outings in the community 
* trivia programs 
* music and arts-based programs 
* food preparation and baking 
* group meals 
* fitness programs 
Program includes recreational activities that reflect goals, interests, life experiences, and abilities of those in the group.
Hours Wed 2:30 pm-7:30 pm
Areas Served Guelph ; Wellington County
Eligibility Persons living with dementia diagnosed under the age of 65 
This program is not suitable for those requiring two-person transfers, the use of a mechanical lift, one-on-one support or feeding assistance.
