Description (Service) | Provides a stimulating environment where people under the age of 65, who have been diagnosed with young onset dementia, can meet and socialize. The program's goal is to create opportunities for participants to engage in meaningful activities in a supportive environment and includes activities such as: * outings in the community * trivia programs * music and arts-based programs * food preparation and baking * group meals * fitness programs Program includes recreational activities that reflect goals, interests, life experiences, and abilities of those in the group. |
