RAAC (Rapid Access Addiction Clinic) -- support, counselling, resources, referrals to address substance dependence and related health concerns, and assistance with recovery goals

**Peripheral services provided for Hepatitis C patients only

RAAC services: Mon 9 am-3 pm 
Mobile Community Health Van: outskirts of Guelph Tue 4:30 pm-7:30 pm, Downtown Guelph Thu 5:30 pm-8:45 pm  
Kitchener-Waterloo Area Support Group (29 Young St E, Waterloo location): meets every Wed 1 pm
