Description (Agency) Independent facilitation organization dedicated to serving adults with developmental disabilities and their families to take the next steps to creating a meaningful life in the community.
Description (Service) Facilitation and planning support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Independent facilitators support engagement of others in an ongoing relationship so that the individual can become more capable of directing their life and making decisions to the degree possible.
