Description (Agency) Independent facilitation organization dedicated to serving adults with developmental disabilities, assisting them to make choices and become more engaged in directing their lives
Description (Service) Facilitation and planning support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Independent facilitators support engagement of others in an ongoing relationship so that the individual can become more capable of directing their life and making decisions to the degree possible. 
* support to determine the most pressing issues 
* help to identify a way forward in the immediate and long range future 
* support to broaden the planning context 
* reaches out to rural and suburban aging families who need transition planning support
Hours Office hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm 
Independent Facilitation support hours vary throughout the week in response to individual and family support needs.

Eligibility Supports adults with developmental disabilities 18 years and older
Application Currently, referrals are made through the local Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) office. 
Interested individuals and their families should request a referral to Families for a Secure Future (FSF).
