|Description (Agency)||Independent facilitation organization dedicated to serving adults with developmental disabilities, assisting them to make choices and become more engaged in directing their lives|
|Description (Service)||Facilitation and planning support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Independent facilitators support engagement of others in an ongoing relationship so that the individual can become more capable of directing their life and making decisions to the degree possible.

Independent Facilitation support hours vary throughout the week in response to individual and family support needs.

|Eligibility||Supports adults with developmental disabilities 18 years and older|
|Application||Currently, referrals are made through the local Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) office.
Interested individuals and their families should request a referral to Families for a Secure Future (FSF).
