|Description (Service)||Offers peer and volunteer support for individuals who have been impacted by grief, while participating in gentle physical exercise. Beginning with a warm-up, followed by outdoor trail walking for up to two kilometers, and ending with stretches, led by the facilitator.
Indoor walking is available in cases of inclement weather and during the winter season at the site location.
