Description (Agency) Community-based outpatient clinic offering health care and treatment for individuals living with HIV/AIDS and for transgender people in the Guelph-Wellington-Dufferin, Grey-Bruce, Kitchener-Waterloo Cambridge catchment areas.

Clinic services are coordinated with services of ARCH HIV/AIDS Resources and Community Health and with other health and social service agencies. * client and family-centred * emphasis on continuum of care * preventative health care * services include scheduled appointments with HIV specialist, laboratory, support, counselling, education, consultations for health professionals, complementary therapy * treatment and monitoring of temporary and chronic health issues for transgender individuals * hormonal treatment for individuals requiring medical support during transitioning

* Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health: to make an appointment for HIV/STI testing, call 1-800-265-7293 (Note: testing for Hepatitis B/C and syphilis is confidential, not anonymous)
