Description (Agency) Volunteer initiative to to strengthen community resilience and economic vitality in a post-carbon world through re-localization of services, skills and resources.
Description (Service) Dedicated to strengthening local resilience through projects and events. Helps community create a positive vision for the future and be ready to transition and adapt to the “new normal”. Projects are initiated by community volunteers and grow according to local needs and resources. 
 
Guided by principles of local resilience: economic vitality, edibles (food and water), engaged community, energy, and environmental stewardship.
