Evergreen Seniors Community Centre is closed to the public during COVID-19 pandemic
* Evergreen Seniors Community Centre, 683 Woolwich St, Guelph - 519-823-1291 (ext 2696 for delivery)
- menu items are served at 9 am-1 pm, all day breakfast, hot lunch 11:15 am-1 pm at low cost (last order 12:40 pm)
- meals ordered by 9:30 am will be delivered free to apartment buildings adjacent to the Centre (Riverside Gardens, Riverside Residences on the Park, The Driftwood and The Diplomat) ; meal card required to pay for meals delivered

During COVID-19, food orders are delivered. Prior to the scheduled Food Market appointment, HOPE House will contact the community member to take the grocery order. It will then be packed and delivered to the person's home on the day and time of the appointment.

- shopping order is fulfilled and delivered to customer's door

- customers are contacted to confirm delivery day and time
- service fee for delivery: $10 flat rate per order; pay by cash, debit, or credit card at time of delivery
- arrangements can be made for customers to pick up order from vendor(s) if delivery is not required
