Description & Services
Description (Service) Program of the Central Student Association that provides graduate and undergraduate University of Guelph students with access to emergency food, anti-poverty resources and referrals to other food security, anti-poverty and financial assistance groups. 
* confidential, volunteer-driven  
* Special Diet Fund: for students with dietary needs not met by usual items; ranges between $20-$40 every month 
* Compassionate Fund: $50 accessible once a year to help with costs such as rent 
* The Stuff Swap: joint venture with the Sustainability Office and Guelph Students for Environmental Change; drop off and pick up used clothing, household items, bedding, shoes, dishes, small electronics 
* Breakfast Program: light breakfast provided 
* Garden Fresh Box: run by Guelph Community Health Centre; registration and drop off locations at Guelph Student FoodBank

Hours COVID-19 -- Food Bank is open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Resources are limited.
