Description & Services
Description (Service) Property tax relief program for low income seniors or low income persons with disabilities.
* property tax increases up to a maximum of $500 can be rebated to eligible property owners
* qualified applicants will receive a minimum rebate of $200 on property taxes paid

Applications must be made annually and filed by Nov 1
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * summer hours (Victoria Day to Labour Day) Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm
Areas Served Wellington County ; Does not include property owners within the City of Guelph
Eligibility Low income seniors - must be 65 years of age and be in receipt of benefits under the Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS) program 
Low income persons with disabilities - must be in receipt of benefits under the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)
Application Available at local municipal offices, County Administration Centre (74 Woolwich St, Guelph) or download from website * completed applications may be faxed or mailed to the office
