Description (Service) | Supervised access to visiting parents or caregivers. * safe and secure setting where visits and exchanges take place under supervision of trained staff and volunteers * parents do not have contact with each other during visits and exchanges * appointments arranged through the program supervisor or delegate **Program works in partnership with the courts to provide this service |

Eligibility | Families may use supervised access centres if: * they have a court order for supervised visits and exchanges, or * both parties agree, in writing, to the use of a supervised access centre * there is limited involvement with Family and Children's Services (types of involvement that exclude kinship care and kinship service, under supervision order, or when there is an on-going investigation) All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. |
