Description (Service) COVID-19 Update: Protocols are in effect regarding screening and office visits - prior approval by the physician is required for in-person appointments. The majority of care is currently provided through phone call visits. 
Family practice and internal medicine, disease prevention and intervention, and specialty consultations when indicated. Services include:
