Description (Service) COVID-19 Update: Courts are not operating as usual. Court sittings and service delivery have been impacted. Executes and enforces court orders for the Superior Court as applied to criminal, civil and family proceedings 
* administers the filing of writs of execution 
* manages the collection of fine and restitution revenues from the prosecution of criminal offences 
Examples of court orders include eviction notices, restraining orders, alimony payment orders, writs of seizure and sale, and writs of delivery.
