Description (Service) | Life skills program for individuals with an intellectual disability that offers a variety of activities and services that focus on personal growth and community inclusion such as: * life skill development * communication skills * pet therapy * music therapy * horticulture * volunteering in community * motor skill development * Snoezelen Room * computers * crafts and games * sports and exercise * literacy skill development **Snoezelen Room incorporates principles of a recognized form of therapy called Snoezelen Mulitsensory Environments which utilize a specialized selection of sensory equipment and materials that may help clients adapt their responses to sensory stimulation and to advance education and therapy goals |
