Description (Service) COVID-19 Update: As of Dec 1, 2020, all 14 branches are closed for public entry until further notice but are offering curbside appointments. Computer access is currently unavailable. See Wellington County Library for current hours and services.

Library system consists of 14 branches located in communities throughout Wellington County.

Eligibility People who reside in Wellington County, pay taxes to the County, or live within the area of a neighbouring library system with reciprocal borrowing privileges 
 
Students who attend school within the County, but do not live within its boundaries, are exempt from the non-resident fee 
 
People who do not live in Wellington County or pay taxes to the County may use any Library branch but must pay a non-resident membership (currently $120 per family)
Application Apply for a library card at any branch. Bring photo ID and proof of address.
