Description (Agency) Library system consists of 14 branches located in communities throughout Wellington County.
Description (Service) COVID-19 Update: As of Aug 10, 2020, patrons may access the 14 library branches in limited numbers, and while adhering to social distancing protocol. Visits restricted to 30 minutes; visitors must follow COVID-19 screening protocols, must wear a mask to enter library, and sanitize hands. Computer access by appointment only. Sunday service currently not available.

Eligibility People who reside in Wellington County, pay taxes to the County, or live within the area of a neighbouring library system with reciprocal borrowing privileges * students who attend school within the County, but do not live within its boundaries, are exempt from the non-resident fee  
 
People who do not live in Wellington County or pay taxes to the County may use any Library branch but must pay a non-resident membership (currently $120 per family)
