| Public Comments | Effective Dec 14, 2020, Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health has moved to the Red (Control) level of public health measures and restrictions, as outlined in the provincial COVID-19 Response Framework: Keeping Ontario Safe and Open. Dr Nicola Mercer, Medical Officer of Health, has issued an order under Section 22 of the Health Protection and Promotion Act requiring face coverings to be worn inside commercial establishments and private commercial vehicles. As of Sep 18, 2020, there is an expanded list of settings in place for Wellington County, Dufferin County and the City of Guelph.
