Services include: * assessment reports for secondary, postsecondary and technical qualifications * helps stakeholders to understand international educational credentials * ongoing liaison with governments, national academic assessment bodies and other credential evaluation agencies * designated by the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship **Accepts requests worldwide for Ontario equivalency assessment

Eligibility Any person or organization requiring an equivalency assessment of non-Canadian educational training
Application Submit an application form with the necessary documents and fee to obtain an Assessment Report  
* application forms are available on website 
* all assessment requests must be submitted by mail, courier or in person to the ICAS office in Guelph 
**For technical assessments, call first to determine serviceability 
**ICAS has a separate application process for individuals applying for immigration to Canada as part of the Federal Skilled Worker program - see website for information
