Description (Agency) | Partnership of service organizations and volunteers under the leadership of the Rotary Club of Guelph that aims to provide guidance and support to youth through access to integrated programs and services. Envisions a more effective health and social service system through integration and collaboration to meet the needs of youth in the region. |
Description (Service) | Collaborative project of over 30 organizations to build an integrated network of sites offering a continuum of youth-centred services, supports and programming. * integrated approach through multiple sites in rural and urban locations * phased implementation of integrated spaces/services * equitable and inclusive access through in-person and virtual services * primary care, mental health and substance use services * education/training, employment and career support, outreach, counselling and peer-to-peer programs Partnership Table members include Integrated Youth Services Network, Rotary Club of Guelph, YMCA-YWCA of Guelph, Guelph Community Foundation, University of Guelph, Minto Mental Health, East Wellington Community Services, Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Centre Wellington and Shelldate Family Gateway.
