Variety of programs and services offered to people living with dementia, their family members and friends, professionals, and community groups throughout the Waterloo Wellington area. Staff work with clients to develop a plan that meets their needs and interests, providing education, social work support, social and recreational opportunities.
Programs and services include counselling, group programs, education, information and resource library.

Self referrals, and referrals from physicians and community partners are accepted.
