Description (Agency) Community care, emotional support, and practical assistance to people of all ages and their families facing a life-limiting illness, extending through bereavement.  
 
Provides residential hospice palliative end of life care to clients with a life expectancy of three months or less.
Description (Service) Programs include support for palliative and bereavement clients:

Grief and Bereavement Support:
* Adult Grief Support Group
* Spousal Loss Support Group
* Art Therapy Programs
* Weekly Bereavement Walking Group
* Volunteer Companionship Program
* Grief and Bereavement Workshops

Palliative Support:
* Weekly Palliative Day Program
* Visiting Volunteers

Wellness Program:
* massage
* weekly yoga
* lending library
Hours Administration Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm * residential services Mon-Sun 24 hours 
Brain Tumour Association - meets monthly, third Mon of the month 7 pm 
Seniors Support Network - monthly, call for dates 8:30 am-11 am
