Services include: * 240-bed long-term residential care home with private, semi-private and basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care; access to a doctor and other health professionals * 86-bed specialty care for complex medical, rehabilitation, and palliative care * community support services: Alzheimer Day program, Out 'N About, Acquired Brain Injury, Aphasia, Elder Abuse - Intervention and Prevention, Young Onset * rehabilitation services: in-patient and low intensity rehabilitation, out-patient rehabilitation * clinics and medical services: outpatient clinics include occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech / language therapy for children and adults, rheumatology, physiatry, geriatric assessment * driving assessment program * recreation therapy |
