Public Comments | Guelph Public Library, in partnership with Legal Aid Ontario and the John Howard Society of Waterloo-Wellington, is making court tablets available for people with no access to a computer, smartphone, or the internet and who are required to attend Guelph court appearances virtually. Visit the Main Library (100 Norfolk St, Guelph) wearing a mask and use hand sanitizer when entering the building. Ask Library staff for assistance -- some form of collateral (such as identification) is required in order to borrow the court tablet. Library cardholders may borrow movies, TV shows, music and audio books on their smart phones, tablets and PCs. The service allows patrons to borrow, stream and download free dynamic content with a valid library card. The free digital mobile app can be downloaded at hoopladigital.com Live Chat connection is available on the website. |
