Volunteer Services - promotes volunteerism in the community and provides information about specific opportunities to volunteer by telephone, publicly accessible online database and drop in

Membership Services- available to local nonprofits and to businesses who support volunteerism

Best Practices in Volunteer Screening- works with nonprofit organizations in Guelph to ensure appropriate volunteer screening policies and practices are in place. Member organizations can apply to become part of the program and, if eligible, will be able to obtain free Police Records Checks for their volunteers who work with vulnerable populations

Community Information Program - information about nonprofit and charitable organizations, government services and community groups by telephone, publicly accessible online database and drop in

Training and Consultation - public workshops and custom training on topics related to nonprofit management, board governance and volunteer management (offered through Waterloo-Wellington Learning Alliance)

Snow Angels - recruits, trains and matches volunteers with eligible individuals in need of snow removal assistance
