Description (Service) Cadets Canada is a national youth program that offers challenging, rewarding activities and opportunities to learn about the Canadian Forces. Cadets are encouraged to become active, responsible members of their communities and learn life and work skills. 
Wellington Rifles offers training that encourages self-confidence, physical fitness, initiative and decision-making skills 
* leadership, citizenship, map and compass, marksmanship 
* community service activities (parades, Remembrance ceremonies) 
* summer camps
