Description (Agency) A community organization that builds relationships with individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Services include:

* housing-focused outreach to permanent supportive housing
* basic necessities of daily living
Description (Service) COVID-19 Update: Warming Centre open; includes warm meal, shower, overnight shelter. Meals are handed out Mon-Fri, 11 am and 6:30, Sat 6:30 pm outside the front doors of the ROYAL CITY MISSION (50 Quebec St, in downtown Guelph).

Call 519-837-0080 prior to dropping off donations. Due to precautionary measures, all donations have to be approved by management prior to being accepted; only food donations and new/unopened hygiene items are currently being accepted.

Meals, friendship, support and guidance on a drop-in basis. Services include:
* emergency assistance with rent arrears, utility disconnection and discretionary help as required to maintain housing for low income individuals and families
* access to social services - outreach workers from Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington, Guelph Community Health Centre
* assistance with foot care
* emergency shelters for adults and families
* supportive housing complex
* support workers, Specialized Outreach Services (SOS)
* nursing support - Guelph Community Health Centre

LEAP (Low Income Energy Assistance Program): assessment for eligibility to receive assistance with heating bills; program runs all year
