Description (Agency) Child and youth mentoring organization that matches children one-to-one or in a group, with screened, adult volunteers for a safe and supportive mentoring friendship.
Description (Service) The Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph office is currently closed to the public until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. E-mails to either or, as well as phone messages left at 519-824-5154, are being monitored and will be responded to in a timely manner.

Programs are facilitated in the community and through both local school boards. Mentoring programs include:
* Big Brothers
* Big Sisters
* Couple Match
* Big Bunch group mentoring
* In-School Mentoring (ISM)
* Bank Buddies (similar to ISM with focus on math skills)
* School-based Groups - Girls (Go Girls! / Play On!)
* School-based Groups - Boys (Game On! / Activate)

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
For children involved in BBBSG programs: boys and girls, 5-16 years 
For volunteers involved in BBBSG programs: men and women, 18 years and older; eligible volunteers must be willing to spend some one-to-one time with a child between the ages 5-16 years on a regular and consistent basis, or in the case of a group program, be available to lead a group of children following the requirements of the specific program.
