Description (Agency) Self help peer support group for individuals challenged with mood disorders and the families and friends that support them.
Description (Service) All-inclusive, self-help, peer support group for people challenged by a mental illness and the families and friends that support them. Purposes include:  
* to work with community partners 
* meet and share experiences in support of one another 
* inform and educate participants, mental health professionals and the public 
* eliminate discrimination and social stigma surrounding mental illness and mood disorders
Hours Support meetings held Tue evenings (with few exceptions) Tue 7 pm-9 pm 
**NOTE: Meetings will be held on Christmas Day (2018) and New Year's Day (2019) since they both fall on Tue, and the holidays are a difficult time for some people.
