|Description (Service)||Cooperative living residence for young women who are in full time educational programs and cannot live in their parental homes. Providing clients are following the program, they may live at the Suffolk residence until they graduate high school or turn 21.
Residents living at Suffolk:
* must be enrolled in and attending school, or must be interested in becoming enrolled in either a traditional secondary school or one of several alternative classrooms; staff can help in the enrollment process
* must agree to follow house rules, assist in daily living routines and share living space with up to seven other youth living in the house
* must participate in life skills education and eventually participate in an exit plan to move to independent living, on to post secondary education, move back with family or any other viable living arrangement
**Staff can assist in arranging counselling, medical support or other support through community agencies

|Application||Intake by appointment. Call the house and ask to meet Kristen for a tour and interview, have questions answered, and meet staff.
If a bed is available and the individual is a good fit, they could potentially move in immediately. If no bed is available, their name will be added to the wait list.
If they have nowhere to stay until a bed becomes available, they may access the Wyndham House Youth Emergency Shelter.
