Description (Agency) Program of March of Dimes Canada and a national service offering support, education and community programs for stroke survivors, their caregivers, and families. 
 
Connects clients with a network of support that can help in reclaiming independence, sense of community, and the ability to thrive after a stroke.
Description (Service) Information, resources and a network of mutual support through work with local peer support groups * local meetings, activities and seminars provide opportunities for stroke survivors to develop new skills, make new friends and gain a better understanding of what to expect
Hours Monthly Luncheons peer support - Guelph, Sep-Jun 
* Guelph and Area Peer Support meetings, held on the third Tue of the month 11:45 am-2:30 pm 
* Survive and Thrive Caregiver Group meetings, held on the second Sat of the month 1 pm-4 pm

Eligibility Stroke survivors, caregivers, health care professionals, family members, friends and people interested in learning more about stroke - all ages welcome
