|Physical Access||Fully Accessible ; There are electric door openers at the main entrance (ground floor) and the east entrance (second floor). There is an elevator in the building. Accessible washrooms on both floors. Hoyer Lift and change table in washrooms on the second floor (watch for overhead signs). Wayfinding information is available using the Blind Square app on your mobile device.

|Description (Service)||COVID-19 Update: All appointments with students are being conducted by telephone or online (Microsoft Teams).
Facilitates access to the learning environment at the University of Guelph for students who experience disabilities.
Services include: academic accommodations based on the student's functional abilities, screening for ADHD and Learning Disabilities, support groups, orientation programs, adaptive technology, exam centre, facilitating access to financial assistance, individualized coaching and support, and peer-based assistance.
**The University does not provide attendant care directly but will assist with referrals to community resources within the City of Guelph

|Eligibility||Services are available for registered students at the University of Guelph. Students can be full or part-time, graduate or undergraduate and they must have appropriate documentation supporting their disability.
Both permanent and temporary disabilities are supported. Prospective students are welcome to contact Student Accessibility Services for a consultation prior to admission.
