Description (Agency) Promotes the oral tradition of storytelling through original, traditional, literary and personal stories.
Description (Service) Storytelling events include: 
* Tales from the Hill at Guelph Civic Museum (Sep-Jun) 
* Tea 'n' Tales at Enabling Garden (Jul-Aug); bring mug for a complimentary tea and lawn chair for seating 
* special events 
* open mic time available (at Tales from the Hill only) with prior consultation 
* Tea 'n' Tales is for invited performers only; there is no open mic
Hours Monthly evening performances of Tales from the Hill, first Wed of the month 7 pm-8:30 pm, Sep-Jun 
Weekly performances of Tea 'n' Tales, Fri 10:30 am, Jul-Aug (last Fri in Jun to first Fri in Sep)

Monthly: one performance, and another of guild members and interested people to set schedules and try out new stories before a public performance

Anyone interested in either listening to stories from tried and true local tellers and their guests or people wanting to become a Storyteller. Storytelling sessions are usually longer in length, therefore more suitable for older children (12 years and older) and adults. New members welcome.
Application All inquiries concerning the guild should be sent to Sya VanGeest. All inquiries regarding Tea 'n' Tales shall be addressed by Brian Holstein.
