Description (Agency) Activist centre for research, education, training and action for social and environmental justice.
Description (Service) Community and campus collaboration * social, political, economic, environmental issues of public concern * skill-building workshops * project sponsorship and working groups 
Welcomes proposals for new projects and partnerships. The Library is searchable through the University of Guelph system (requires U of G library card) and contains extensive resources on environmental and social justice issues. 
Work encompasses areas of human rights; creation of healthier, more sustainable local spaces through environmental initiatives like the Speed River Project; assists community and student initiatives with logistical support, training and resources; connects research with real world applications.
