Helping individuals and families to stay well: 
* Let's Talk Parenting telephone support for families (1-800-265-7293 ext 3616) 
* dental clinics for children from qualifying families (ages 0-17) 
* prenatal classes and pregnancy support 
* breastfeeding clinics 
* speech and language program for preschoolers 
* flu shots and immunization for infectious diseases 
* confidential birth control and sexual health services 
* testing for sexually transmitted infections and HIV 
* travel clinics and vaccinations 
 
Protecting the community: 
* inspection of restaurants, spas, beauty and body art establishments 
* Food Safety Training and certification 
* school nutrition and physical activity programs 
* small water system and well water testing 
* Larvicide Program for West Nile virus 
* infectious disease monitoring and surveillance 
* promotion of strategies for healthy living
