Description & Services
Description (Agency) Member-supported synchronized swim club that aims to engage young women in sport and promote a healthy, active lifestyle.
Description (Service) Offers recreational classes, novice competitive programming, and an age-based provincial competitive program. Masters level classes also offered at the recreational and / or competitive level. 
 
Programs: 
* Recreational Classes - two 12-week sessions; one in the fall, the other in winter; all swimmers participate in a water show at the end of their session to showcase newly learned skills  
* Novice Competitive - full year program, Sep-May; swimmers perform at two club water shows and 3-4 competitions throughout the season 
* Competitive - full year program, Sep-May; participants are placed on a team with those close in age and ability; swimmers perform at 5-6 provincial competitions and at club water shows throughout the season
Hours Class and Practice Times 
* Recreational Classes - Sat (1.5 - 2.5 hours per week depending on level) 
* Novice Competitive Team - Wed, Sat (3.5 hours per week) 
* Competitive Teams - 10&Under Teams - Wed, Sun (five hours); plus one hour of extra figures practice once per month on a Sat 
 
All other teams: Wed evenings, Fri evenings, Sun mornings (10 hours per week); plus one hour of extra figures practice once per month on a Sun afternoon

Areas Served Dufferin County ; Guelph ; Wellington County - including Centre Wellington, Erin, Guelph/Eramosa, Minto, Puslinch, and Mapleton
Eligibility Ages: 4 year(s) and up 
 
Girls; children 4-5 years of age should have some basic swimming skills. 
* recreational – 'Little Mermaids' (ages 5-7) 
* recreational – 'Star Fish' (ages 8-10) 
* recreational – 'Sea Turtles' (ages 9-12) 
* recreational – 'Tweens' (ages 13-15) 
 
Novice Competitive Teams: 10 years and younger 
 
Provincial Competitive Teams: 10 years of age and older (teams are age-based; though some blended-aged teams are also organized) 
 
Masters: 18+ years of age (both recreational and competitive programming)
