Description (Agency) Community-based, peer led self-help mental health program that uses the Recovery Method, a system of cognitive behavioural techniques to help people gain and practice living skills to change thoughts and behaviours.
Description (Service) Program designed to work in conjunction with professional mental health services. Information available for: 
* mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, anger issues, and bipolar (manic-depressive) disorders 
* psychotic disorders, including schizophrenia and obsessive-compulsive disorders 
* personality disorders 
**Recovery Canada is operated entirely by non-professionals
Hours Due to the COVID-19 emergency, Recovery meetings in Mount Forest are being held via Zoom. 
Anyone wishing to join may e-mail Government and public health recommendations will be monitored and Mon night meetings will reopen when recommendations suggest this is a safe option. Call 519-323-1780 if needed.
